Orders and Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 days after purchase. After shipping, delivery normally takes about 6 to 10 days. If weather, customs, or delivery conditions cause a delay, we will notify you by email.
Orders of ¥3,000 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under ¥3,000 have a fixed shipping fee of ¥800. Okinawa orders have a fixed shipping fee of ¥2,000 regardless of order amount.
Returns and Support
Please contact us within 3 days after delivery if you need to discuss a return. Used items, custom items, and items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons may not be eligible.
