Sen Nail makes every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our shipping conditions are as follows.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 days after order confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 6-10 days. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier conditions, customs procedures, traffic conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
If a delay or special circumstance occurs, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Fees
- Orders of ¥3,000 or more including tax: free shipping
- Orders under ¥3,000 including tax: flat-rate shipping fee of ¥800
- Delivery to Okinawa Prefecture: flat-rate shipping fee of ¥2,000 regardless of order amount
Shipping fees for the applicable destination and market are also shown at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an item cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional costs or reshipment fees may be charged.
