Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Please check your order promptly after receiving it. If you would like to request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us at visionailsjp@gmail.com within 3 days after delivery, including your order number and photos showing the condition of the product.
Eligible Cases
- You received an item different from your order.
- The product is damaged, soiled, or clearly defective.
- We otherwise determine that a return or exchange is appropriate.
Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- You contact us more than 3 days after delivery.
- The product has been used.
- The product has been damaged or soiled after delivery.
- The product is custom-made or individually customized.
- The product condition cannot be confirmed with photos.
Return Shipping Fee
If we approve a return, Sen Nail will bear the return shipping fee. Please do not send any product back before receiving our instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
