Selling Price
The selling price is the price displayed on each product page. Displayed prices include tax where applicable.
Additional Fees Other Than the Product Price
Shipping fees are as follows.
- Orders of ¥3,000 or more including tax: free shipping
- Orders under ¥3,000 including tax: flat-rate shipping fee of ¥800
- Delivery to Okinawa Prefecture: flat-rate shipping fee of ¥2,000 regardless of order amount
Depending on the payment method, fees set by the relevant payment service provider may apply.
Payment Methods
Credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are available. The payment methods available for each order are those shown at checkout.
Payment Deadline
For immediate payment methods such as credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, payment is generally confirmed at the time of order placement, i.e. within 0 days. If payment authorization or the payment procedure is not completed, please complete payment within 7 days including the order date. If payment is not completed within this period, the order may not be established or may be cancelled.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days after order confirmation. After shipment, delivery usually takes 6-10 days. If a delay occurs due to special circumstances, we will notify you by email.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
If you contact us within 3 days after receiving the product, we will handle the request in accordance with our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy. Custom-made products, used products, and products damaged or soiled after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

If we approve a return, we will bear the return shipping fee. Please contact us before sending any item back.
